The screen box side plate and beams are made from high quality heat-resistant stainless steel, the connection of the main plate and side plates, the connection of side plate and beams are used by the ring groove rivets riveting, the connection is tighten and reliable.
Screen plate is made by casting high temperature resistant wear-resistant materials and has the advantages of good heat resistance, no deformation, long operating life.
Wearing parts fixed method is simple, reliable, greatly reducing the equipment maintenance time.
It uses double vibration isolation system, and the dynamic load for pedestal is small.
