1. Because of high frequency while little amplitude, fine/heavy materials are easy to settle onto sieve ,and then pass the sieve ,as it reduces slurry surface tension;

GP series of high frequency screen is a prior device for classifying wet fine particles (Density 30%-40%). It is of high classification efficiency in 3ways: 1. It increases ball mill capacity by greatly reduce recycling burden and amount of qualified powder on the screen; 2. It avoids coarse ore’s detrimental effect on concentrate grade by strictly control particle size below the screen; 3. It obviously increases ore grade below the screen as fine/heavy materials are easy to settle onto sieve and then pass the sieve when slurry proceed on the high frequency sieve.
